The Atlanta Hawks will officially debut their PEACH 2022-23 Nike NBA City Edition uniform during the team’s home game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The game, presented by Xbox, is set to tip off at 7:30 p.m. at the award-winning State Farm Arena. The Hawks’ newest uniform is comprised of key design elements inspired by the Peachtree City Edition uniform from three years ago and is a new take on the organization’s iconic Peachtree uniform. This City Edition uniform pays the ultimate respect to Georgia, ‘The Peach State,’ while uplifting the Hawks mantra of being ‘True To Atlanta’.
This uniform was made in collaboration between Nike, the NBA and the Hawks. In its sixth season, the Nike NBA City Edition collection continues to represent the stories, history and heritage that make each franchise unique – honoring the inherent bond between court, community and culture.

“The Hawks’ PEACH 2022-23 Nike NBA City Edition uniform is a nod to our city’s roots as a cultural trendsetter,” said Hawks Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Proctor. “We are grateful to the fans for the support of the Hawks this season, and we’re honored to have this uniform represent our great city and the state of Georgia.
The Jersey and Patch
This jersey serves as an homage to the Peachtree jersey that came three years before it. The letters are stylized in a modern athletic script inspired by our city and are a nod to Atlanta as the global center for arts, culture and entertainment. The traditional jersey trim at the neck and arms is configured in electro peach and sunset haze, and the numbers spring to life in a bold expression flourished by stylish curves.
The Sharecare patch, located on the left side of every Hawks jersey, is woven into the fabric of the 2022-23 NBA Nike City Edition Uniform just as the Atlanta-based digital health leader is woven into the fabric of the city of Atlanta. Earlier this year, the Hawks announced a new multi-year partnership extension with Sharecare that will re-imagine their shared vision of increasing community well-being through positive behavior change.
The traditional trim from the jersey extends to the striping on the shorts. The intersection of the peach and the basketball are represented on the midpoint of the uniform at the belt buckle. Since the sport was first played with peach baskets for hoops, peaches are at the root of basketball history. On the side of the shorts is the team’s primary icon logo in sunset haze and electro peach.
The Hawks’ hardwood court proudly represents the deep roots and strong foundation that hold the ‘The Peach State’ together. This coordinating floor for the Hawks PEACH 2022-23 Nike NBA City Edition uniform is uniquely designed with the Peach emblem at center court and the Hawks stylized in a modern athletic script on the sides.
The Hawks have 10 games in which the team will wear the PEACH 2022-23 Nike NBA City Edition uniform and play on the corresponding hardwood court. In each of these games, the Hawks will celebrate the city of Atlanta and its roots as a cultural trendsetter and change maker.
