While trades can’t effectively take place until July, according to a report by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Atlanta Hawks and the Brooklyn Nets agreed in principle to a trade this afternoon.

he Hawks have floated Prince in trade rumors for about a year now. He is become one of the leagues best spot up shooters has seen his share of scoring outbursts for the Hawks.
Although Prince struggled with decision making and defenses lapses throughout his career he has proven to be solid rotational NBA player who could start for most teams.
Prince is in the 4th year of his rookie deal and his scheduled to have a cap hit of about 3.4 million next season.
Brooklyn is clearing roughly 18 million in additional cap space for July which should give them about $46 million to sign a max free agent. If they find a way to move point guard DeAngelo Russell they will have space for two max spots.
Allen Crabbe is in the final year of a 18.5 million dollar deal. No word on if the Hawks intend to keep him or buy him out.
One thing is for sure Travis Schlenk is serious about accumulating assets.
